Meagen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business from the University of Washington and brings eight years of experience in property management; excelling in sales, operations, and finance. Her background includes managing multiple sites, handling occupied and amenity renovations, and leading operations for large institutional and REIT communities.

Meagens career accomplishments include being a finalist for the Emerald Award’s Community Manager of the Year in 2018 and 2019 and holding the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.
